To our incredible supporters, it’s Lara here, Founder of Perth Dingo Rescue.
I truly wish I didn’t have to make this post, but right now we urgently need your help.
Perth Dingo Rescue is facing one of our toughest periods yet. We currently have around 15 dingoes in care, ongoing veterinary expenses, transport costs, emergency rescue needs, and our Dingo Guardian Assistance Program (D-GAP) continuing to support guardians experiencing hardship. At the moment, our funds are running dangerously low.
We receive absolutely no government funding. Every rescue, every vet bill, every transport run, every rehabilitation case is funded entirely by the public and managed by volunteers who dedicate their lives to these animals while balancing work, study, and being on call 24/7.
Our team doesn’t do this because it’s easy. We do it because these dingoes deserve someone willing to fight for them.
We’ve seen the worst of what humans can do.
The neglected.
The abused.
The forgotten.
The ones nobody else wanted to save.
From Yindi, a tiny warrior who arrived skin and bone with severe injuries to Reign and her litter, to Bailey and her guardian navigating life with diabetes through our D-GAP support program… every single dingo who comes through our rescue has a story.
And then there are dingoes like Ada and Aari and now Jaspy, our ambassador dingoes; helping us educate the public and shine a light on the reality these incredible animals face every day.
Right now, we urgently need to raise $15,000 at a minimum to ensure we can continue responding to emergency cases, cover critical veterinary care, support our D-GAP families, and prepare for incoming rescues and puppy season.
Every dollar raised goes directly back into rescue operations and the care of the dingoes.
If just a fraction of our followers donated even $5, we could make an enormous difference tonight. One coffee to you could mean food, transport, medication, or lifesaving treatment for a dingo in need.
